OnKalo Terms of Use

By creating an account or using OnKalo, you accept these terms. The app is operated by RoadTech. If you disagree, do not subscribe or use the service.

The service

OnKalo helps log food, estimate calories and macros, and organize habits, plans, and reports. Photo and AI estimates can be wrong and are always editable.

Not medical advice

OnKalo is a wellness and organization tool. It does not diagnose, treat, or replace a doctor or dietitian. Do not change medication, dosage, or treatment based on the app.

Subscription, trial, and cancellation

OnKalo offers Complete and Free tiers in monthly, six-month, and annual plans at localized store prices. When eligible, the seven-day free trial begins only after your confirmation and store completion. Your selected plan automatically renews for the same period until canceled. Manage it in the App Store or Google Play. Deleting your OnKalo account does not cancel the store subscription.

Included AI or your own key

OnKalo Complete includes managed AI with 30 operations during the trial and 300 per paid cycle. When the quota runs out, you can wait for the next cycle or connect your own key. OnKalo Free imposes no artificial limit but requires a separately contracted provider key, whose fees, availability, and terms are that provider's responsibility.

Account and acceptable use

You are responsible for your account, submitted content, and, in OnKalo Free, your AI key. Do not bypass the paywall or quotas, interfere with the service, abuse APIs, or use the app unlawfully.

Data and termination

The Privacy Policy explains data processing. You can export or delete your data in the app even with an inactive subscription. We may suspend access for fraud, abuse, legal requirements, or security risks.

Availability and liability

We aim for a secure, available service but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or absolute accuracy of AI, tables, or third-party integrations. To the extent allowed by law, RoadTech is not liable for health decisions based on app estimates.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product, law, or store rules change. Material changes will be communicated in the app. Brazilian law governs, subject to mandatory consumer rights in your country.
